Dr. Vadim Sokolov – is acting as Deputy Director of Scientific-Information Center of the Interstate Commission for Water Coordination in Central Asia. In the same time he is Team Leader Deputy of the “Rural Enterprise Support Project in Uzbekistan – 2nd phase. Swiss parallel financing of subcomponents 2b and 2c” executed under financial support from Swiss Agency for Development and Cooperation. Also he is Regional Coordinator of the Global Water Partnership for Central Asia and Caucasus (GWP CACENA). IWRA member
