Women are the major contributors to water management, at the same time they are the first victims of water crisis & agricultural mutation. They suffer from a great lack of access to decision making posts on local & national levels, their participation is not active & rather representative & rhetoric. This solution will help in reducing that by supporting the involvement & role of women at water/environmental institutions & the local community that receives related projects by creating a gender responsive-stakeholder’s engagement policy to be adopted by water/environmental institutions on both internal (institutional system) & external (receiving community) levels.
