New Business Model delivery of low cost pure water with clean energy
PWC, Pure Water Corporation has received Letter of Intent from Council of Croix-des-Bouquets requesting delivery of first PWTP 500 installation.
A Private, Public Partnership(PPP) will be established with the Council of Marie de la Croix-des- Bouquets (Nyrvah Florens Bruno, Monsieur Saint Ange Darious – Municipal Council) for delivery and operation of first PWTP 500 installation.
Project monitoring and construction responsibility will be done by local Joint-Venture Company established for delivery of PWTP 500 project and future business development activities within each country that we engage in, for delivery of “low cost pure water with clean energy”.
The Local Joint Venture Company will be the General Contractor, where participants and stakeholders are all experienced and capable of winning tenders, delivering projects, manufacturing, distribution and providing reliable customer service.
For more information on this community in Haiti, please Google search, Haiti, Croix-des-Bouquets.
PWC, Pure Water Corporation (Canada) and Council of Croix-des-Bouquets, Haiti have initiated the project.
PWC will deliver PWTP500 water purificatiion plant and new business model for delivery of water to local Joint-Venture company to be established in Haiti. This project could also be delivered via a PPP (Private, Public, Partnership) or BOOT (Build, Own, Operate, Transfer) platforms.
Letter of Intent received from Croix-des-Bouquets Council. Financing for turn-key delivery of project is being prepared.
We plan to use the PWTP 500 business model as entry into areas and regions where there is a serious lack of reliable and consistent supply of “low cost pure water with clean energy”.
We will follow up, this primary PWPT 500 market entry lead, with delivery of a wide range of technologies, equipment for water purification, wastewater treatment, solid waste material reuse/recycle and sustainable development structures.
GWC, Global Water Corporation, being set up now to become a global company built on the foundation of delivering “low cost pure water with clean energy”, wastewater treatment, solid waste recycling and sustainable development -commercial/residential structures.
Investors will have opportunity to become shareholders in local JV Companies. There is also opportunity to participate in GWC, Global Water Corporation that will be responsible for global funding/financing and management of business/project development and delivery on global scale.
GWC, Global Water Corporation will become a public company and investors will have means of planning their individual exit strategies. The water business is not going away in our lifetime and the price of water is going nowhere but up.
For more information on global water business opportunity, please contact William Danshin, President.
Clean, safe, affordable drinking water will make a significant impact on Cholera epedimic in Haiti and must be the foundation on which sustainable development and economy be structured.
Profits from PWTP 500 project will be used to promote education in Haiti.
The PWTP 500 project is base on foundation of investment and not donation and aid.
I, William Danshin, have 20 years experience in making “good water” and work with a global network of professionals, equipment and technology providers.
The PWTP 500 project and be scaled up to a number of locations throughout Haiti with minimal risk, time and will support sustainable development and economy in regions given availability to “low cost pure water with clean energy”.
Business is money and money is business. The present model of aid and donation is broken and our PWTP 500 project is first step in making investment and “low cost pure water with clean energy” as the foundation for sustainable economic development and making customers – people who have money, goods and services to fundamentally pay or trade for ”pure water” goods and services.
Looking to Private, Public Partnerships as stakeholders for delivery of PWTP500 projects.

I represented William Danshin and Pure Water Corporation (PWC) in Vancouver and while William Danshin’s intent may be good, his inability to secure the financing he has needed and his ability to perform even if granted a contract will impede his performance from at least my perspective so as long as PWC is unable to secure financing as a smaller vancouver based company, it will be difficult for PWC to utilize its water related competencies to perform.
Wishing William and PWC the best, I am no longer able to associate myself w/William Danshin or PWC because PWC has been unsuccessful – William and myself to identify anyone who would be willing to step forward in support of a smaller company given the experienced and proven global competencies other more well known entities present as a profile. With William danshin, I have worked with him resepcting his knowledge in water related issues, however given the challenges in Haiti and in Africa to mention a few, PWC must secure financing and put some successful projects under its belt to be a serious contender in addressing such waste water and water purification projects. Unfortunately, his inability as well as my own to make any substantial sales if any have thwarted even the best intent! About a month ago, I had to leave PWC as I could no longer afford to try and assist William for there are fare more competitors in the industry who have the financing arranged to bring such competencies and solutions to the table.
The water business William Danshin himself will tell you is a complex business and while he has the competencies, unfortunatly, investors in this worsening economy are not likely to support a smaller Vancouver based company and while it is frustrating and very disappointing for me who placed so much diligence w/William Danshin into trying to find such financing and projects, without a profile of a host of project completions, I wish William Danshin and PWC the best!
