The Water Regulation Information System (WARIS) is a database application software used by the Water Services Regulatory Board (WASREB)  – the Regulator – to monitor, evaluate and report on the performance of Water Service Providers (WSPs)  – the utilities – and Water Services Boards (WSBs) – the asset holders.
